MelissaThe JISULIFE Portable Ultimate Bladeless Neck Fan is the model I’ve been dying to try and test in person since its launch. The cooler is new – available since April 1, 2022.
When I first learned about it, I already had experience with other fans from the brand – the Four Turbo model (JISULIFE Four Turbo Neck Fan), the Mini fan (JISULIFE Mini Neck Fan) and the previous model. I already knew how good the products were – the quality of materials, good workmanship, a long-lasting battery, and low noise.
And the reason I was so curious to test the new ultimate model was the metal plate on the back of the neck. I’ve seen a similar plate before on a portable air conditioner. Although it uses a special cooling technology (ceramic solid-state cooler, and the heat energy is exchanged through a solid-state cooling plate), I was curious to see how it feels with the new JUSULIFE Ultimate Neck Fan.

My First Impressions of JISULIFE Portable Ultimate Bladeless Neck Fan (FA35Pro)
When I first took the box, I exclaimed, “Oh, it is massive!” I opened the box, and the fan looked really big in my eyes. This shouldn’t have been a surprise, as I was using the mini fan at the time, which is really small and light.
When the initial shock passed away I quickly took it out and put it on my neck. Actually, I confess, I did not feel it so heavy, although my neck is thin and my shoulders are tender. It looks massive compared to the mini fan. When you start wearing the fan around your neck, you get used to its weight. Possibly for running, I would recommend the mini model.

I already confirmed that the Ultimate model is massive, but let us look at the figures. The product dimensions are 7.9(L)*2.2(W)*8.2(H) inches and the device weight – 11.36 oz. which equals 322 grams.

JISULIFE Portable Ultimate Bladeless Neck Fan adopts the typical design of a neck fan – a headphone design which gives you the opportunity to stay hands free and your hands to be free for any other activities unlike hand fans.
The body is made of plastic in two colors – brown and grey. There is a metal plate, made of aluminum, designed to lay on the back of the neck for additional cooling effect.
Three Turbines, More Powerful Airflow, and Lower Noise
If you see the four larger elliptical outlets behind the metal plate, you can guess that there is a turbine there. And that is correct. There are three turbines – two of which are housed in the wider ends, as usual – on the left and right, and a third is behind the metal plate, blowing cool air into the neck.
The outlets are less numerous but larger and elliptical in shape. This is a new, improved design with straight air ducts. Each turbine is equipped with two separate air ducts to reduce the “trapped wind” effect. And as a bonus – the airflow is stronger, but the noise is lower.
The airflow is powerful – the max speed is 4 m/s. Most of the competitive fans run at 3 m/s wind speed.
Adjustable neckband
The U-shaped neckband, with shape memory, is adjustable to fit any neck size and the direction of the cooling draft. Simply hold the fan at either end and adjust to the desired width. The high-quality cushioning memory base can be bent up to 70°~130°.

The Ultimate neck fan runs and 3+1 speeds:
- Speed 1 – light breeze – up to 20 hours battery life if only two turbines are working and 13 hours if you turn on the back turbine.
- Speed 2 – soft breeze – up to 11 hours operation if only two turbines are working and 8 hours if you turn on the back turbine.
- Speed 3 – strong wind – up to 8 hours battery life if only two turbines are working and 6 hours if you turn on the back turbine.
- Extra speed – ultra-airflow – up to 4 hours battery life if only two turbines are working and 13 hours if you turn on the back turbine.

The buttons to control the device are two. They are located on the back of the fan and can be easily touched with the right hand. The power button is used to turn on the fan and change speeds. A short press switches between speeds 1 to 3, and a long press turns on the additional speed.
No matter at what speed the fan operates – at Speed 1 or at Speed 3 – you press the power button longer – the extra speed will be turned on. The second button turns on the neck turbine. The battery life varies depending on how many turbines are working – two or three.

JISULIFE Portable Ultimate Bladeless Neck Fan (FA35Pro) is powered by two 2000 mAh 2 lithium polymer batteries, so the total battery capacity of the fan is 4000 mAh. The battery life depends on the selected speed and the number of turbines:

There is no charger in the package. You will receive a cable with connectors USC Type-C to USB Type-A. To charge with this cable, you need a charger with a USB Type-A port. You can also charge it from a laptop, in the car, etc.

- Not so comfortable for a long run – I tend to fix and move it to another place.

Evolution and Comparison with Other Models
JISULIFE is a company that has become popular in recent years with the neck fans it produces. The first models were a little simple, but over time the company has improved them and broadened its portfolio.
The first models were simple with two turbines. Then came the model with four turbines, the mini fan and the ultimate model. It is the predecessor of the hero of this review – JISULIFE Portable Ultimate Bladeless Neck Fan (FA35Pro).
As you can see from the pictures – there is a difference in the design. The gray fan is the previous model and in beige is the Ultimate Pro model. The new one is more comfortable on the neck with this new shape.
The new model is with a smaller battery 4000 mAh, while the previous model is with a larger battery 4500 mAh, but both have the same battery life of up to 20 hours.
The new model has additional vents on the back that you can turn on with a separate button. My husband loves this feature as he often sweats on the back of his neck.
Verdict
I recommend the JISULIFE Portable Ultimate Bladeless Neck Fan (FA35Pro) – because of its strong and stable wind power. It outperforms most of its competitors with the aluminum metal plate on the back of the neck and the third turbo fan blowing cool air there.
The previous model has this feature, but the third back turbine cannot be turned on and off – it is always on. The maximum wind speed of 4 m/s is another advantage and really strong, as most competitors blow at 3 m/s.
The adjustable strap with the memory shape is another plus. There are different neck sizes, and the electric fan fits most of them with the option of adjustment. Put it around your neck and fasten it – your choice will not be reversed.
I usually use it on the beach and camping, my husband loves to wear it grilling and on the patio reading.
